Frequently Asked Questions

What about GDPR and CCPA compliance?

Bullseye Identify is fully compliant with all US federal and state data laws including CCPA.

Through our network, we have opt-in permissions for everyone in our database.

It works only for US web traffic, and as such, adheres to the guidelines set forth in the GDPR.

European companies can still use Bullseye Identify, however we'll only show data on US visitors.

How is this different from tools like LeadFeeder, Clearbit, or Lead Forensics?

These tools will only show you the name of the company browsing your site, not the person. While it’s nice to know that someone from Amazon is visiting, it’s virtually impossible to act on that info.

Bullseye approaches the challenge differently on a technical level and shows you exactly who is visiting. 100% of the matches we surface are a specific person. No more useless account level data.

How do customers benefit from this data?

Sales and Marketing typically use the data a bit differently.

Sales uses visitor info for direct outreach, enabling reps to pursue warm leads with relevant outreach - for example, reaching out after someone has visited your pricing page vs. a case study  provides great context for outreach.

Marketing oftentimes uses the data to validate their marketing efforts. From performance marketing to content teams and ABM, it’s helpful to know if your work is attracting the right audience.
